Multiplayer collaboration functionalities can enable the online creation of communities of players (sharing clues, collective discoveries, team play...).

IZI.travel
IZI.travel has developed a free and open platform for museum and city audio guides for smartphones and is working successfully with many museums and cities around the world.
The audio guides can easily be compiled, improved and updated – just like websites – with museums and cities creating and updating the mobile content and experiences themselves using the IZI CMS (Content Management System). Instead of investing in app technology, museums and cities can simply focus on creating great content to bring their exhibits and cultural heritage to life and to engage their visitors. Museums and cities retain full control of the content.
Collaboration between city authorities and museums is facilitated, enabling the creation of a true ‘smart city’ experience.
With museums and city audio guides in one single app – named OPAS – it attracts more visitors and users who can easily share their experiences via their social networks. OPAS is free for cities, museums and users, operates on iOS and Android, works indoors and outdoors (GPS), online and offline, and offers many interesting features (languages, multimedia, quizzes etc).
