MWF conference participants may sign up for one Masterclass (included in the price) that will be held on Feb 21. Registration is required, so please choose your class now – spaces are limited.
Demonstration videos and slideshows will be available all day on a multimedia kiosk. Demonstrators will also be present in the Demonstration Hall (Sala d’Arme) during the lunch break from 13:30-14:30.
Demonstrators can also use a shared table to meet people and explain their projects. Please provide your own devices and computers for your demonstrations. Space availability at the table is limited. Please be generous with your colleagues.
In order to help the organizers with the set up of the Hall, please provide your 3 minute video or slideshow by Feb 10 to the email email@example.com

Early Registration rates require payment by January 20, 2014. Registration Fees are based on the date payment is received (i.e. when credit card payment is validated or cheque is received), NOT on the date the Registration Form is created or submitted.
Changing a Registration
You can add or remove items from your registration order prior to checking out by entering your order number and email on the online form. If you have checked out and wish to add items such as a workshop please create a new order. If you have alterations that need to be made to a completed order please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details; an administration fee may apply.
Refunds, Cancellations and Transfers
Registrations are refundable before January 1, 2014, less a €75.00 handling fee, before February 1, 2014, less a €150 handling fee. Thereafter Registrations cannot be refunded. Contact email@example.com.
Registration may be transferred at any time before the conference, with advance notice. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
All discounts are subject to verification by staff.
